Q: Are Alchemy products truly natural?
A: We use predominantly natural, plant‑derived ingredients and avoid parabens, sulfates and synthetic fragrances. We do include safe, approved cosmetic ingredients where needed for stability and preservation.
Q: Do you list full ingredient names?
A: Yes — we publish the full INCI list for every product on its product page and on-pack.
Q: Where can I report a reaction?
A: If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and email support@alchemyskin.co.za with product name, batch number (if available) and a brief description. We’ll respond promptly.

A: No — Alchemy is cruelty‑free. We do not test on animals and do not work with suppliers who test on animals.

A: Our formulations are created with care and simplicity in mind. However, as every skin is unique, we always recommend patch testing before introducing any new product.

A: Our products are locally formulated and manufactured in South Africa, supporting local expertise and ensuring quality at every stage of production. Mostly Kwazulu Natal
